Name: Nudoru [Meaning Noodle]
Race: Saiyan [norm.]
Current Planet: Vegeta
Sex: Male
Age: Nine
Aura color: Yellow/Blue
Description: In his young age, Nudoru has not been given Saiyan armor of his own. Simply because of the fact that he’ll not need it until he’s at the very least been able to master his Oozaru form, which will still take quite the bit of training. Adorned in the sleeve-less wear that Saiyans wear underneath of their usual armor. White boots, tipped in gold are worn to his feet.
The same as most Saiyans his hair is black, spiked up toward the back of his head. While Nudoru’s build is small, his abilities seem to be great. Even for a saiyan his age. his skin can be seen as rather tan, as is normal with Saiyans who grow up on the planet of Vegeta. The desolate planet does seem to collect a bit of sun. The tail on his behind is the natural color, medium brown.
Attacks:
Power Ball
This is the ability to create a fake moon by compressing the atmosphere with a ball of energy. Once the fake moon has been made a Saiyan can use this to turn Oozaru.
Mouth Blast
This is the ability to shoot a Ki blast from your mouth. It can be a very surprising attack, and one which is usually very powerful. This attack is utilized by any Oozaru.
Energy Barrier
With this technique, the user can create a shield around themselves which can withstand many attacks as long as the person has enough Ki to supply.
Ultimate Final Skill
The user uses all of the Ki in his body and feeds it into a massive explosion. The downside is that the user uses ALL his energy, which ultimately kills him. All that is left of his body at the end is stone.
Bio: Born into the life of a normal Saiyan, Nudoru was not expected to lead an exceptional life. His future was supposed to hold him within a small squad, going on missions to planets to wreak havoc until submission was shown, and then killing off all those left. Though, in his early trainings, it was shown that he could have been expected to do a bit more. Picking up on fighting styles, and abilities rather quickly. While not the strongest, his powers have the potential to grow into something to be used for the better of the Race of saiyans.
True, at only nine years of age his training had only just begun. Perhaps only a few years under his belt by this point. No major events have happened this early in his life, beside sudden outbursts toward other saiyans whilst training. Honestly now, how could a young saiyan expect to get anywhere with those older than him always getting in the way? He soon plans on finding a way to do something great, good publicity or bad, but only after many days of hard labour and training.
Role-play example: [Simply because I feel I need this to be here to show my abilities. Currently only using this example because it was quickly done and as a Cannon character.]
Legacy, destiny, fate, all things some believe in, and others do not. Those who do believe though, mostly understand how these sort of things work. Without control, you’re sent plummeting down some path previously written out for you. Giving you trials, and other random impossible deeds to accomplish before you’re ever given the chance to sit, rest; even have a darn cookie or two. By giving any of this a thought, you'd come up with such an idea as how some people's fates are a tad more difficult to accomplish than others are. This brings us to my main point, a story about one child in particular.
His father, coming from a race of powerful, planet destroying fighters, his mother, a simple human. Daughter of the Ox King, and rather short fused. Both of their lives full of other stories, but those are better left told at another time. This story, ironically is about a boy going down the path to becoming a hero.
We begin this tale, by following a young half-blooded Saiyan boy dubbed Gohan. Named for his adoptive grandfather. Yes Gohan, as in cooked rice. His father, Goku, otherwise Kakarot, had previously died in an attempt to save his son, from his own brother no less. Being hit with an energy beam sent out by his ally, Piccolo. Although this attack, with a helpful little distraction from Gohan, led to his rescue, killing Raditz with a wound to the chest, it also had hit Goku. Who, at the time, had been holding Radtiz by the arms, awaiting Piccolo’s attack.
Currently being brought onto a cliff-side by Piccolo himself, this young Saiyan followed intently. The promise of a bit more interesting level of training, had pulled his mind away from studies. For once, at least. Although, his mind hadn’t yet even begun to wander into as why Piccolo would be training him, especially here. A great forest, full of dangerous beasts such as Dino’s, and difficult living arrangements. Not very much food, if you didn’t know how to get it. Though, I hear Dino’s taste pretty darn good when cooked over a hard worked fire.
Standing in such a distance from the ledge of the cliff, in a sort of, hidden way to get Gohan to stand exactly where he wanted, Piccolo began with a somewhat curious tone. One most have, when curious about the outcome of some little experiment. Though, Piccolo may have had more in mind than just, a ‘little’ experiment. Crossing his green arms over his chest, he continued his particular look whilst speaking. “Listen, Gohan... I’ve decided to train you to be strong, to learn how to use your abilities properly. To do so, you’ll have to learn....” With this slight pause of the moment, the Namekian took his chance to take his action of the slightly not listening child. Booting him just hard enough to begin sending him into the forest. “...how to fend for yourself.”
Ahh, yes, the feeling of confusion. Most face it when confronted with a question they do not know, or when they just don’t quite understand what is going on around them. Which is exactly the sort of thing Gohan had been feeling at the moment. Surprise, or complete shock. Either way, both expressions could have easily been described on his face. Though as the sound of the wind was overtaken by his own, soft scream, the sight of the Namekian began to fade off, and with the feel of a branch to his noggin as did the rest of everything else.
As noted before, this forest was really no place for a child. As the Light finally came back to his eyes, Gohan sat up. Apparently, smack dab in the middle of unfamiliar territory. While rubbing his aching skull, and taking a look around himself, there seemed to be small answers to his confusion. Well now, all alone, out in the forest. No shelter, no food, but this surely wouldn't be a problem for this intelligent young boy, now would it? Slowly standing himself up and brushing off the Orange Gi he was wearing, very similar to the one his father wore as a child, Gohan began to formulate a plan for himself. To survive, and train out here, he’d have to be careful. Especially not to be caught by any of the... larger of the forests residents. That wouldn’t be such a pretty sight. “Alright, looks like I’m on my own from now on.” Stating the obvious to himself, and squaring his shoulders, Gohan began a slow walk into the thick brush of the forest. First on the to-do list, find a suitable place to train, sleep, and find a reliable food source.
Though, as he took his first step, his foot was caught on something peculiar. Catching himself before falling, he pointed his gaze downward, seeing the cause. A small sword, just right for his young size. Well, at least Piccolo hadn’t left him alone, AND defenseless. Good, now, as well as his bare hands, he would be able to train himself to use a weapon.
Hours pass slowly, but days seem to pass quickly. Loosing track of time can be quite easy in this sort of situation, and there was no exception for this kid. Though this was the least of his worries. Getting far on his own with this training, Gohan still needed to find a better way to utilize his strengths. Having not yet encountered some of the largest of the Dino’s, seemed like pure luck. Though seeking out smaller ones may have been completely pointless.
So it was official, there’d be no more hiding from the big guys. A scary thought, but training was training. He had to do this, to become stronger, to prove to himself that he had a fighters will, the same as his father.
As a few days more had passed, it seemed as if every last one of the small Dino’s Gohan had been using as a food source, had disappeared. Bad for him, because now, not only was he tired from fatigue, but hungry as well. His clothing now tattered, ripped, and completely filthy, showed just how hard he had been working. Pushing himself to become stronger.
Finally, it had happened, this showing exactly why all of the Dino’s had run off. They were, of course, afraid of what was to come. As Gohan lay on the thick branch of the tree he had been using all this time, the ground began to rumble. One, after the other, like a progression of something. The closer it got, the louder, proving whatever was making the noise to be rather large itself. Footsteps, most likely. The only thing that could make such a rumbling noise, besides an earthquake or something of the sort.
Surely enough, this thing was big. Bigger than big, enormous really. Quite the big Dino, I’d say, but Gohan hadn’t realized it’s closeness until it was a little too close. Pushing past tree’s as it went along. Yeah, not the best situation to be in at the time. Quickly getting himself up to jump from the tree, he carefully watched the Dino pass, before of course, he was scented out. What a wonderful time this would be, no doubt about it.
At first, Gohan took the first instinct he had, and ran in the opposite direction. Very bad idea, because as we all know, animals feel the need to chase things that run away from them. With it’s long strides, it easily caught up to the short legged half-saiyan. This of course, only lasted about a couple of minutes or so, tiring the young boy out quite easily.
Now, there was only one thing left to do, and that was fight back. Again, something that usually shouldn’t be attempted by a young child. Turning quickly, and standing his ground, Gohan would now do his best to just stop the running creature. This of course, having to be done before any actual taking down of anything. Jumping to the air, he held out his right leg, making hard contact to the creatures skull, right in front of the eye’s, just on the snout. With the Saiyan blood running through his veins, and all of the training he had done, this sent the head downward, yet not quite to the ground as of yet. Though, he succeeded in stopping the beast from running any further, at least.
Once recovering from it’s slight shock, as Gohan landed back on the ground in front of the big headed monster, it roared with a ferocious velocity. Air rushing in the direction of the young Saiyan, as well as spit. Mmm, delicious... Dino breath. Lunging forward, Gohan gave it another kick, though this time, it was on the bottom jaw, kicking the head upward. Sure, mixing it up a bit, but being able to move the muscular head in itself is a feat.
Now, this went on for quite some time, eventually leading to the monsters defeat. Of course, with no other food, this Dino would be put to good use. Now, with a large fire, and many sticks aside it, with large pieces of meat, sat our little Gohan. Triumphant, and feeling accomplished. Though he still had much more training to go through, he’d gotten very far. With a wide, cheeky smile on his expression, he held up one of the large chunks of meat he had taken from that Dino, getting ready for the biggest meal he’d ever had out in this forest.
